Vancouver’s Vanessa Lianne charms the A-list at Sundance
Making waves south of the border last night at the Sundance Film Festival was Vancouver-bred designer and artist Vanessa Lianne and her Cia stud earrings and tiepins. Featured in The Sundance Soirée’s gift bag, the pieces, and all Vanessa Lianne jewelry, were hand forged, hammered and soldered in the goldsmith’s east village studio in New York City. Inspired by intricate wrought iron motifs, the Fashion Institute of Technology grad made the earrings and tiepin out of gold vermeil.
