Well-heeled Montrealers are heading in droves to JoshuaDavid, Westmount’s newest shopping destintation for designer duds from the likes of Galliano, Love Moschino, Ruffian, Badgley Mischka, Erin Kleinberg and Smythe, all displayed in a downtown-chic style against exposed brick and sleek hardwood floors. The stylish slice of a shop also serves up plenty of plum vintage pieces, including 1970s Bottega Veneta handbags and classic cocktail attire from Chanel. Need wardrobe advice? Count on the shop’s owners—named (you guessed it!) Joshua and David—to put their years of personal-shopping experience to use. And while you’re there, knock a few names off your holiday-shopping list with cheeky Scent of Scandal candles (love the fir-fragranced Hannukah Bush and candy-cane-scented Santa’s Pole) and all-natural Malin+Goetz skin-care products (it’s the only place in the province you can find ’em!).
