Jean-Pierre Braganza Spring 2012

Geometric shapes took centre stage for the Jean-Pierre Braganza runway presentation, opening the second night of The Shows. Models donned fishtail braids and oxford-style stilettos, complementing the maxi-length dresses and contrasting necklines. The show began with an asymmetrical print, on mom of two Liisa Winkler who opened and closed the collection, which faded into pastel hues. The stand out look from Braganza was the cutaway dresses that hung perfectly on each model’s frame, leaving much to the imagination. The line played with colour and featured many monochromatic combinations with shots of corals, played out perfectly in a criss-cross halter numbers.

With many abstract prints and neutrals combined with the sex appeal of peekaboo slits, the line is sure to turn some heads this spring.
