With the echoing of a voiceover from the late Alfred Hitchcock, creative director Dai Fujiwara sets the premise for the SS11 theme of “Ghosts in the Clothes.” Smoke soon bellows from the end of the runway as the first model sweeps the catwalk. Following such is a series of designs in contrasting blacks and whites. Bold colors and multi-colored patterns soon take over, which are then subdued by prints and monochromatic shades. The collection’s showing ends with a series of white pleated designs paired with dark accents.
