Showcasing her latest collection at the Palais Royal in Paris, Toronto-born Calla Haynes delighted fashion enthusiasts on Thursday evening with her unique prints and designs. Drawing inspiration from French artist and filmmaker Niki de Sainte Phalle, and Mexican actress Maria Felix, Haynes beautifully conveyed the notion of “relaxed luxury.” With a color palette rooted in oranges and blues, Haynes thoroughly explored the vibrant and soft attributes of the two colors, which were complemented by the pieces’ relaxed silhouettes.
