We may have finally grown our bangs out but now we are debating if we want them back again. Instead of making a regrettable chop, Urban Outfitters now sells clip on bangs for $30 a pop.
Monique Lhuillier, best known for designing frothy wedding dresses, recently cut a deal with D.L. & Co to produce home fragrances. Us single gals now can have a little Lhuillier in our lives.
Many of us work hard and play hard, but apparently this life of hard habits is catching up to us. A new study indicates these “modern lifestyles” are making us look around four years older than we actually are. Certainly a good thing to keep in mind when going for that extra glass of eggnog or scoop of trifle this holiday season.

The Balenciaga: Spanish Master exhibition in New York City
To see the lovely interiors of the Queen Sophia Spanish Institute alone is worth the trek uptown, but it is the elaborate gowns and accessories designed by CristĂłbal Balenciaga filling this Park Avenue townhouse that has been drawing in fashionable visitors of late. Curated by Hamish Bowles (and featuring pieces from the Vogue editor’s private collection as well as the Balenciaga Archives), the exhibition includes over 70 pieces made before 1968, when Maison Balenciaga closed and

The 2010 Danier Design Challenge
For the second year in a row, Canadian retailer Danier has invited students from the Ryerson School of Fashion to design an original leather piece, with the winner receiving a $5,000 prize as well as having their piece for sale in select Danier stores. The top ten have been announced, and public voting continues until tomorrow.
